RULES FOR THE USE OF TABLETS

a) The loan is personal and non-transferable and must be made through the KOHA- Database Management System;

b) It is mandatory to present the Reader's card, valid and updated;

c) The loan term is 4 hours, non-renewable;

d) The Tablet for consultation is not bookable, and the loan is subject to availability of the equipment;

e) The integrity of the equipment is the responsibility of the person who requests it, and the user is obliged to return it within the defined period and in perfect condition;

f) The equipment must be only used inside the Library;

g) The user is entirely responsible for the content accessed and used through the equipment;

h) It is not allowed to install or download software or applications, or change the equipment settings;

i) The return must be made at least 30 minutes before the library closes;

j) The tablet must be returned connected and the user must wait its return at KOHA;

k) When delivering and returning the tablets, the staff member on duty should check that the equipment is in good condition and charge the battery, if it is discharged.

l) The user should not store any files (photos, videos, etc.) or personal information in the equipment;
* The library is not responsible for the loss of any files or data that are on the tablet.

m) It will be the library's responsibility to restrict, extend the loan period or suspend the circulation of this equipment, as well as to request early return before the deadline, when necessary;

n) Whenever any anomaly is detected in the normal functioning of the equipment, a member of the library staff must be immediately notified;

o) Any software problems, incompatibilities or blockages are not a Library's responsibility. In this case, the equipment must be returned to be sent for maintenance;

p) In case of damage, loss, theft and/or misplacement of the tablet and/or its accessories (protective cover and charger), the user must replace the equipment with another of the same brand and model (or more recent, considering the equivalent or higher average market price).

RULES OF USE- HOME LOAN

c) The loan period is 7 days, with the possibility of 1 renewal for the same period of time;

d) The Tablet for home loan is bookable, and the loan is subject to the availability of the equipment;

e) The integrity of the equipment is the responsibility of the person who requests it, and the user is obliged to return it within the defined period and in perfect condition;

f) The user is entirely responsible for the content accessed and used through the equipment;

g) The user is entirely responsible for the content accessed and used through the equipment;

h) It is not allowed to install or download software or applications, as well as to change the equipment settings;

i) The return must be made at least 30 minutes before the library closes;

j) The tablet must be returned to the Central Library, connected and the user must wait its return at KOHA;

k) This equipment cannot be returned through the mailbox/letter box;
